Get Fit America Personal Trainier Blog – Getting Fit the GFA Way! Boca Raton Florida

Welcome to the updated Get Fit America Personal training Blog!  I will be posting ideas, recipes, workout advice, answering questions and much more on a daily basis!Some of you are getting back from the crazy holiday weekend with your families, others took it easy, but either way it was probably hard staying on your “new way of life.”  Don’t feel guilty if you slipped a little, just get back on it and re-focus.  Think, nothing tastes better than healthy and thin feels! (at least that’s what I say to myself to keep me going, especially when I see a pumpkin pie with extra whip cream) I say “new way of life,” because Get Fit America is not just a personal training studio in Boca Raton, FL, it is a choice to be healthy, feel great, and lose weight too.  All three of these go together, you could not come here and just want to lose weight by a personal trainer- they want you to be a better you.  If you said all you want to do is lose weight by exercise and you don’t want to change your diet they probably would tell you this is not the place for you.  Sooooo, if you are still part of the Get Fit America personal trainer studio, you should congratulate yourself…that means you have dedicated yourself to the program and your body will thank you for that.  I know mine does!! Get Fit America stands for something different than most other personal training studios I have come across in Florida.  They want to help you become a better you, by re-training you how to eat, to think about what you do to your body, and focus on YOU.  Since, you probably focus more on work, your family, friends and anything else than can keep your focus off of yourself.  I am a customer of Get Fit America, I have never felt better in my life – I have more energy than I have had since I was 12! (hahah seriously, I might have too much energy now)  I have lost weight, actually I am probably the most fit I have ever been, I feel great every morning,  I learned to think more about what I put in my mouth and it was not even that hard.  (Just the first few weeks were difficult, but after that it was a piece of cathy cake! )  I never did that before and thought I would be the last person to “watch what I eat.”  But, I am watching what I eat now and it’s not because I have to get into shape or lose weight, it is because I want to feel good.  It’s all in your mind, if you think positive about yourself and believe that you can do it…motivating yourself by cutting out pictures or healthy recipe swapping with other Get Fit America clients, like Nike says…just do it.  You will be happy with your results and soon people will be looking to you for advice on how to eat, workout and so on.  Until next time…Ciao! If anyone has any questions, please feel free to send them to navahk@yahoo.com.
